POSITION OVERVIEW
- Full-time MRI Technologist position in an outpatient setting
- Reviews patient history and physician orders
- Educates patients regarding MRI procedures and equipment
- Prepares and administers contrast media and medications within scope of practice when ordered
- Monitors patient condition during procedures
- Selects imaging parameters and performs MRI procedures
- Evaluates image quality and performs repeat imaging when necessary
- Enters, transmits, and reports scan results
COMPENSATION
- Salary range: $51,376-$66,352 annually
- $10,000 sign-on bonus paid in two equal installments after 90 days and 12 months of employment
