Job Summary
It's football season and we are seeking energetic and personable Bartender / Servers to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, serve food and drinks with enthusiasm, and deliver memorable experiences to our guests. Your expertise will help create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, draft beers ensuring consistency and quality.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Square POS, and process transactions efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing offerings to elevate the guest experience through creativity and knowledge of spirits, brewing, and mixology trends.
- Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Work with kitchen staff to offer the best service , ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, particularly in casual dining.
- Demonstrated expertise in cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and draft beer experience.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Two to three years previous experience working with spirits and operating a sports bar.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
