Summary
As a Deli Associate at Allenwood General Store, located in Wall Township, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality food. This role is essential to our mission of delivering delicious meals and creating memorable dining experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Taking orders in person & by phone.
- Ringing up orders.
- Running food to customers.
- Keeping front end clean and stocked.
- Assisting in keeping tables and restaurant clean.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Stay informed about menu items and daily specials to effectively communicate with customers.
- Support the overall mission of the store by promoting a positive dining experience.
- Previous experience in the food industry or quick-service restaurant is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with patrons effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
