About the role
CO1 is the welcoming face of our lobby and the steady hand behind our inboxes, calendars, and point of sale. You greet clients, keep bookings accurate, maintain clean records, and help guests find the right MOJO gear. You coordinate with our training and care teams so every dog and every family has a smooth experience from inquiry to checkout.
What you will do
- Greet clients in person, answer phones, email, text, and manage social and D2C inboxes (FB, IG, Yelp, Wix)
- Handle bookings, cancellations, and client questions with timely, professional responses
- Process daycare, boarding, and training check-ins and check-outs, handle billing and invoicing
- Approve, adjust, or waitlist reservations using capacity guidelines, prepare for holidays and peak periods
- Keep Gingr profiles up to date with medical, behavior, feeding, and lodging notes, share updates with teams
- Verify vaccines and medical records prior to arrival, support sick-dog reschedules when needed
- Coordinate housing assignments with supervisors based on temperament, training, and medical needs
- Keep reception clean, stocked, and on-brand, resolve issues and escalate when appropriate
- Educate customers on MOJO gear, customization, and care, run POS and Wix accurately
- Keep the retail floor tidy and visually compelling, recommend helpful add-ons and bundles
- Monitor and reply to social messages, support online reputation on Google, Yelp, and Facebook
- Assist with events and pop-ups, help with light setups, inventory prep, and simple CRM tracking
Candidate Qualities
- Warm, clear, and professional with clients and teammates
- Organized and accurate with details, calm during busy rushes
- Tech-proficient, you can learn Gingr or similar booking software, Google Workspace, POS and Wix.
- A quick writer who keeps responses concise and on-brand
- Reliable with time, follow-through, and documentation
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or retail.
- Comfortable with booking software (e.g., Gingr), Google Workspace, POS or Wix.
- Clear phone and email communication, fast and accurate typing.
- Strong attention to detail for records, vaccines, billing, and notes.bility for one weekend day and some holidays on a rotation
- Basic pet-care awareness: dog temperaments, safe handling, common terms.

- Full-time, on-site in Chicago

Pay: $42,500.00 - $47,500.00 per year
