What you’ll do
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Prepare food items according to safety and sanitation standards while maintaining high-quality presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and boost sales.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with bussing tables to provide a pleasant environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to guarantee the highest standards of food handling.
- House keeping activities of teh store
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or retail environments is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Preferred qualifications
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with quick service and fast food restaurant operations is advantageous.
