The Marathon Companies (Marathon Roofing Products and MRP Supports) located in Orchard Park, NY is currently seeking a Full-time days (40 hours) Inside Sales Associate to join our growing companies.
Position: Full time, Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm (No holidays, nights, or weekends)
Description: Inside Sales Associate
Job Duties:
· Input and process orders accurately
· Checking other inputted orders for accuracy
· Answer incoming phone calls
· Organizing and assembling company literature by request
· Work closely with sales staff to facilitate requests
· Address customer requests and issues
· Ensure customer needs are communicated to the company
Qualifications:
· Associates Degree or more with business background preferred
· 2-3 year of business and/or customer service experience. Experience in lieu of education will be considered
· Have a valid NYS driver license
· Highly motivated & energetic personality required, with reference to validate traits
· Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions; an ability to work independently
· Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solver
· Detail oriented to accurately process orders within specified deadlines
· Excellent time management skills
· Able to pass background check

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
