Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their critical early childhood years. Duties
- Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages positive behavior management and social skills development.
- Teaching preschoolers the word of God.
- Conduct assessments of children’s progress through observations, and early intervention strategies to tailor instruction effectively.
- Engage in lesson planning that integrates childcare best practices with age-appropriate activities for toddlers and preschoolers.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children’s progress, address individual needs, and support child welfare initiatives.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure safety, engagement, and smooth transitions throughout the day.
- Available to work August-May; 7:15 am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development stages, and behavior management strategies.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children.

- Must pass a background check
- CPR certified preferred but not required. We can provide training.
- Must pass a Ministry Safe online course.
- Patience is a must.
