Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store management in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers. Experience in fast food, particularly within McDonald's, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive experience.
- Manage inventory control processes, including daily waste and inventories, ordering, and phaseout initiatives.
- Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment for both customers and employees.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in Quick Serve Restaurant is preferred.
- Proven track record in sales management or assistant manager roles.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices is a plus.
