Overview
Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Service Supervisor, where you'll lead and coordinate the service operations for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC service activities, including system repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Lead a team of service technicians by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure quality workmanship.
- Oversee troubleshooting and repair of HVAC/R systems, including electrical diagnostics, equipment troubleshooting, and mechanical systems repair.
- Review schematics, HVAC design plans, and building automation systems to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards such as EPA regulations and electrical codes during all service operations.
- Manage inventory of hand tools, replacement parts, and equipment to support efficient service delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and safety logs.
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Service technician experience with proficiency in refrigeration, plumbing, electrical diagnostics, and appliance repair.
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems including boilers, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and building automation controls.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals; familiarity with electrical systems and Ohmmeters is preferred.
- Experience with HVAC design principles and equipment troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; EPA certification required; additional certifications in HVAC/R are advantageous.
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment repair techniques necessary for mechanical systems repair.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
