Key Responsibilities: FP&A Specialist

FP&A Specialist will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support across business units

Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and advanced data models

Drive automation, data validation, and reporting process improvements

Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights and support strategic initiatives

Support Oracle PCM validation and broader financial systems optimization
Qualifications for the FP&A Specialist:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, or related experience
-
Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboards

Experience with financial systems, including Oracle EPM/SmartView; Python is a huge plus
