Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calling, email, and in-person meetings to promote our products and services
- Understand client needs thoroughly by listening actively and asking insightful questions to provide personalized solutions
- Maintain accurate client records using data entry skills within CRM systems and other Microsoft Office tools
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently via phone or email
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic sales plans and achieve monthly targets
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills during all client interactions to foster trust and loyalty
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while staying organized and attentive to detail
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with a focus on client communication
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong phone etiquette
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in data entry, typing, and handling cash transactions is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Previous outbound calling experience and familiarity with customer service best practices are preferred
