Synergy Foodservice is seeking a motivated, organized, and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage our Orlando and Orange County territory, with a primary focus on our Tabletop Division.
This is a field-based sales position calling on restaurants, hotels, resorts, country clubs, healthcare facilities, schools, universities, dealers, consultants, and other hospitality operators throughout Central Florida.

What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an established Orlando/Orange County territory.
- Represent leading tabletop, buffetware, servingware, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and hospitality brands.
- Build relationships with chefs, food & beverage directors, purchasing teams, operators, consultants, and dealer partners.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop underperforming accounts.
- Conduct sales presentations, product showcases, and tabletop consultations.
- Deliver product samples and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Work closely with dealer partners to drive specifications and sales opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and territory plan.
- Accurately document customer activity, opportunities, and sales efforts within Salesforce.
- Attend industry events, customer functions, trade shows, and manufacturer trainings.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience (required).
- Foodservice industry experience (required).
- Experience calling on hospitality, restaurant, healthcare, education, or foodservice operators.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform (required).
- Strong territory management and account development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout the Orlando and Kissimmee market daily.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturer representative experience.
- Dealer, distribution, tabletop, hospitality, or foodservice equipment experience.
- Existing relationships within the Central Florida foodservice community.
- Experience working with hotels, resorts, country clubs, healthcare systems, universities, and chain accounts.
