What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member
- Engage with prospective customers to discuss Verizon's connectivity and communication solutions
- Explain available products, service options, and promotional offers
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer preferences and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly
- Assist customers with service enrollment, account setup, and activation processes
- Foster strong customer relationships through personalized and professional interactions
- Accurately document customer activities and maintain organized records
- Participate in ongoing training sessions designed to strengthen product knowledge and professional skills
