Job DescriptionElements Compounding Pharmacy is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and growth-minded team member to join our pharmacy operations team.This is not a traditional retail pharmacy position.Our pharmacy relies on structured workflows, clear communication, strong documentation, and continuous improvement to serve patients, prescribers, and veterinary partners. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning complex processes, bringing order to details, and developing expertise over time.Pharmacy experience is helpful, but not the only thing we value. We are more interested in reliability, organization, coachability, written communication, and the ability to master a structured process.New team members are trained systematically and are expected to demonstrate mastery of each area before taking on additional responsibilities.What You’ll DoResponsibilities may include:
- Prescription intake and workflow processing
- Documentation and record management
- Coordination of prescription movement throughout the pharmacy
- Follow-up on missing information, workflow delays, and operational details
- Patient and prescriber communication
- Working with pharmacists and technicians to help prescriptions move accurately and efficiently
- Supporting quality, compliance, and operational improvement activities
Training is provided, but progression is earned through accuracy, consistency, judgment, and reliability.What We’re Looking For

Registration / License RequirementActive Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Pharmacy Technician Trainee Registration is strongly preferred.Candidates without active Arizona registration may still be considered, but employment in technician duties cannot begin until active/open status is verified.You’ll Thrive Here If You
