Sierra LifeCare is a Pediatric Home Health Agency providing Nursing services in the Broward County area for over 20 years. Our agency is looking for caring, compassionate, experienced nurses (RNS/LPNS) who loves taking care of children and prioritizes communication and engagement. Some of the responsibilities of a Home Care nurse include:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the nursing care plan
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing intervention and updates the care plan as needed
- Discusses with the Director of Nursing on a weekly basis on the client's condition and required care.
*MUST be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse!
*This case is in the Broward County area in Weston
*MUST have at least ONE year of Nursing experience.
*Must have experience in at least one of the following: G-tube andTracheostomy,

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active FLORIDA Nursing License
- CPR
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Active Level 2 ACHA Background Check
