The Kitchen at Mark V Studios is a dynamic restaurant located in PKL Park, a vibrant multi-use facility featuring a large outdoor turf area, a stage for live entertainment, a giant TV, and 8 pickleball courts. We aim to create a lively, high-energy dining experience for guests, offering delicious food that matches the fun and excitement of the venue.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment and shares our passion for making great food. As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and consistently delivers high-quality dishes that leave our guests impressed and coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of your station throughout service.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with daily prep work, receiving and storing deliveries, and other back-of-house tasks.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions from leadership.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and execute dishes with consistency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for food and dedication to delivering a great guest experience.
