Lumexa Imaging partner American Health Imaging is seeking registered MRI Technologists and CT Technologists in Brunswick, GA.
This PRN position requires schedule flexibility to provide coverage Monday - Friday between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.
Location: 1103 Fountain Lake Dr, Brunswick, GA 31525
Schedule: PRN / schedule flexibility for coverage weekdays 7AM-3PM or 2PM-8PM
Qualifications/Requirements - MRI Technologist:
- Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
- Advanced registry in MRI or CT
- Experience working in a MRI Technologist position
- Demonstrate an adequate knowledge of anatomy
- CPR Certification is required
- IV Skills required
Qualifications/Requirements - CT Technologist:
- Graduate of approved program for Radiological Technology
- ARRT and CT Registry required
- Current BLS/CPR training
- CT scanner operation and training
- CT anatomy and knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of operation system of CT scanner, RIS and PACS
- Basic proficiency with computer monitors, keyboard and mouse for scanning, RIS and PACS use
- Organized, detail oriented, observant
- Calm and effective communicator
- Helpful, patient and sympathetic

Physical Demands of the Position:
- Lifting/moving patients, positioning the patients
- Assisting patients on and off table and into a wheelchair, when required
- Sitting 50% of shift, standing 10% of shift and walking 40% of shift
