Rosalina's Cafe is a Portuguese cafe looking for a friendly, part-time barista to craft great coffee and serve up simple cafe foods. If you enjoy making hand-crafted drinks, working at a steady pace, and giving customers a warm start to their day, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
- Prepare hand-crafted espresso drinks, coffees, and other beverages to order
- Make simple cafe foods, including hot sandwiches
- Take orders, run the register, and give every customer a warm, welcoming experience
- Keep the counter, espresso machine, and work areas clean and well-stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
What we're looking for
- Some barista or cafe experience preferred (not required — a great attitude goes a long way)
- Available to start early in the morning, before the cafe opens
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Portuguese language a plus, but not required
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
