The Role
As Head of Clinical Operations, you will build and run our care operation from the ground up. This is a rare founding-team opportunity to design a clinical function rather than inherit one. You will own the staffing model, the training curriculum, the clinical protocols, the escalation pathways, the quality program, and the monthly operational cadence that keeps everything running. You will direct a distributed care team, partner daily with our Medical Director and technology leaders, and set the standard for how chronic care should be delivered remotely.

What you’ll do
- Build and lead the remote care-coordination function — staffing model, workflows, and day-to-day operations.
- Design and deliver the training curriculum and clinical protocols for the care team.
- Develop escalation pathways that turn monitoring data and patient-reported information into timely action.
- Own the quality-assurance program: chart audits, documentation standards, and care-team performance.
- Run the monthly operational and billing-close cycle, ensuring accurate, compliant delivery and documentation.
- Direct and develop a distributed care team, holding it to a consistent clinical standard.
- Partner with the Medical Director on clinical governance and with technology and data leaders on documentation and data quality.
- Track and improve the metrics that matter: enrollment, engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes.
What you bring
- Active, unencumbered RN license (multi-state / compact license preferred).
- Proven clinical operations leadership — you have built or run teams and held them to a standard.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment where decisions happen quickly.
- Strong data literacy — you manage from metrics and hold teams accountable to them.
- Excellent communication and the ability to translate clinical practice into repeatable process.
- A plus: experience with Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), or other longitudinal, value-based care models. New to CCM/RPM? Strong acute, inpatient, or care-management leaders who learn fast are encouraged to apply — we will get you up to speed.
