Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of construction materials and systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions
- Install basement and foundation waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repair systems, and crawl space encapsulation products in homeowners' houses.
- Travel with your crew to the customer’s home to install the job.
- Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods.
- Work inside and outside in the elements, depending on the extent of the job being done.

Requirements
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb. occasionally, and/or up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 35 lb. of force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to stay upright/stand up to 100% of the time.
- Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Salary DescriptionStarting at $15.00-18.00 per hour + bonus
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
