The Assistant Golf Director/Agronomist performs difficult skilled technical work in the planning, supervising and participating in the preparation and maintenance of a municipal golf course.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, horticulture, or related field or four years related work experience
- Five years of experience in the field
- Pesticide application license
- Valid NC driver’s license or valid out-of-state driver’s license with the ability to obtain a valid NC driver’s license within sixty days of employment and good driving record
Monday - Friday. 6:00am - 2:00pm. 40 hours per week. Paid bi-weekly.
The Golf Course is a 7-day per week operation that results in weekend work and extended hours especially during peak season.
