Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of residential electrical service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer communication skills
- Ability to pass an electrical aptitude test
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Strong commitment to customer service and quality workmanship
- Electrician License/Certification preferred but not required
- Desire to grow personally, professionally, and financially

- Maintain accurate job documentation, customer communication, and service records.
