Position Summary
We are seeking an empathetic, skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based, individualized therapy to a diverse clientele, helping clients achieve their mental health and wellness goals. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and offering thoughtful interventions for emotional and behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in line with compliance standards
- Participate in case consultation and group supervision
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed
Qualifications
- Clinical license (LCSW-C, LCPC, PhD, or PsyD) in Maryland, or an active clinical license in another state with willingness to obtain Maryland licensure by endorsement
- Full-time therapists are expected to achieve a minimum of 25 billable session hours per week
- Minimum two years of direct clinical mental health experience preferred
- Proficient in evidence-based and strengths-based therapeutic approaches
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Other Opportunities
While this posting describes our full-time, benefit-eligible position, we also offer a limited number of flexible part-time opportunities. Part-time roles typically involve a caseload of 10 or more appointments per week and have a different compensation structure. Compensation & Employment Details
We offer a W-2 salary compensation package with a performance bonus, together providing total compensation that is highly competitive and market leading for the role. While this posting is designed for independently licensed clinicians, we welcome applications from those requiring supervision—compensation for these roles may differ and will be determined based on license status and qualifications.
