Ideal Maintenance candidates will have:

A positive outlook that is felt by guests and coworkers

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques to maintain a physical structure of hotel
- Ability to communicate with all staff on items that need to be fixed, replaced, etc.
- Candidates with multi-unit property experience preferred.

Maintenance Job Responsibilities Include:

Maintain hotel, pool, and surrounding area, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, HVAC functions, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools.
- Notify management concerning need for major repairs

Learn emergency procedures.
