Full Time Maintenance Tech to join our team at Rush Creek Apartments, Maple Grove.
$27 - $32/hour
M-F 8 am - 4:30 pm
$500 Sign on Bonus after 90 days
Quarterly Renewal Bonus

Job Responsibilities
Complete work order requests in a timely accurate manner
Complete apartment turns/make ready in a timely manner
Assist with general repairs and curb appeal/appearance of the property
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, light carpentry
Assist with outdoor pool operations
Seasonal outdoor duties including snow removal/salt and sand sidewalks
Qualifications
CPO Certified - Preferred/willing to obtain
HVAC Certifications - Preferred/willing to obtain
Ability to work a rotating on-call maintenance emergency schedule (additional pay supplement when on call)
Ability to work well in a team environment or individually
Must be able to analyze and solve problems
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity
Ability to provide your own basic tools
