MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA Manager for Music Venue and Vintage stores
Secondhand Ranch and Garage Sale Vintage is a growing bar, secondhand/vintage clothing, and live music venue looking for a creative, organized, and trend-aware Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to manage our digital presence and promote our stores, events, and live shows.
This role is ideal for someone who loves vintage culture, social media trends, live music, and creative marketing. The position works closely with store managers and our operations team to drive traffic, promote events, and build our online community.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging photo and video content
- Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Respond to comments and messages to maintain community engagement
- Stay on top of social media trends and adapt content accordingly
Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns
- Promote store promotions, special drops, and events
- Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
Graphic Design
- Manage and create graphic design for in store promotions of events, shows, markets etc
- Manage poster and in store graphic promotions with store managers
Email/Text Marketing
- Organize and create monthly Square newsletters for each store location
- Highlight new inventory, upcoming events, promotions, and store updates
- Manage email lists and improve engagement rates
Event, Market & Venue Promotion
- Work with store managers and operations managers to promote in-store events and special activations
- Market live shows and events at the venue side of the business
- Create event graphics, social media promotions, and email announcements
- Create marketing materials and campaigns for pop-up vendor markets surrounding Nashville and expanding markets.
Content Creation
- Photograph and video new inventory, store displays, and events
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments and store culture
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across platforms
Brand Growth
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencers, and community partnerships
- Monitor competitors and market trends in vintage retail
- Help develop marketing ideas that increase store traffic and brand visibility
Qualifications
- 2-3 years Event and venue marketing experience
- Experience managing multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Basic video editing and content creation skills
- Familiarity with social media ads and analytics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with store teams
- Interest in vintage clothing, music, and creative culture
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
