Job Summary
Join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and play a vital role in creating beautiful, healthy landscapes! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial lawns and outdoor spaces. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing curb appeal and ensuring outdoor environments are safe, vibrant, and well-manicured. Responsibilities
- Operate zero turn lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, pole saws, dump trailers and other power tools safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces looking their best
- Use hand and power tools such as chainsaws, pole saws, shovels, rakes, loppers, and hoes for deforestation, weeding, and soil preparation tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
- Assist with large hardscape projects like trash and debris removal
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge of outdoor equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools
- Experience with landscape maintenance practices such as mowing, trimming, tree trimming, tree removal and yard cleanup
- Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
- Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety protocol adherence
- Strong teamwork ethic combined with excellent attention to detail in landscape care tasks

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
