- Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale corporate, convention, and social events.
- Serve as the main point of contact for VIP and key clients.
- Partner with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, and AV teams to deliver flawless events.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior event managers and coordinators.
