Our team is searching for a CrossFit Coach to lead fitness classes, design workouts, and help people improve their fitness levels. The ideal candidate will create a supportive environment that encourages teamwork.

Responsibilities:-
Provide excellent customer services according to company standards
- Deliver physically demanding classes while keeping students interested, engaged, and safe
- Lead a wide variety of classes to fitness studio members and guests
- Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking
- Remind and assist students in making healthy lifestyle choices by encouraging them to keep up their exercise routines
Beginning of Shift:

Set up workouts and be at the facility 15 minutes before each session.

Ensure workouts are designed based on client goals.

Be familiar with weekly internal promotions for smooth client communication.

Spot-check the facility for cleanliness and organization.
During Sessions:

Motivate workouts, keep members engaged, and most importantly, make sure they are performing movements correctly.

Greet new clients within 10 seconds of arrival.

Notify the Sales Manager of any potential referrals.
End of Shift:
-
Break down workouts.
-
Ensure equipment is properly put away.

Collect whiteboards.
-
Say goodbye to customers with a friendly attitude.

Make sure all internal promo sign-ups are added to the event clipboard.

Turn off music, speakers, lights, etc., and lock up the facility.
Qualifications:-
Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- Must possess a current certification for fitness instructing
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
Requirements:

Must have CrossFit Level 1 certification or be in the process of obtaining it.
