Maintenance Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Director with the daily operations of the maintenance department.
- Assist with managing the maintenance programs to uphold safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Director on repairs and supply orders.
- Work as a team with the maintenance staff to ensure timely, efficient service.
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and repair processes.
- Ability to respond to emergencies and prioritize tasks.
