As a Verizon Assistant, you’ll interact directly with customers, provide information about Verizon products and services, and help create positive customer experiences. Our Verizon Assistant team receives hands-on training and ongoing support, making this a great opportunity for someone starting their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Verizon professionally as a Verizon Assistant
- Assist customers with questions about Verizon products and services
- Learn how to confidently explain products, promotions, and service options
- Support customer acquisition and relationship-building efforts
- Create a positive experience for every customer
- Work alongside other Verizon Assistant team members to reach daily goals
- Develop communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Participate in training designed to help every Verizon Assistant succeed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No previous sales experience required
