Job Brief
Energy Choice is looking for an experienced industrial parts order processing specialist to manage customer orders by phone, email or our online stores. Position requires good analytical, computer and communications skills. Position requires to support item pricing updates and parts purchasing teams.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience on customer service, inside sales or proposals experience in a technical field
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written skills with the ability to effectively communicate
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), or other ERP-related system and the ability to utilize such tools to analyze data and solve routine problems
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Be able to perform detailed comparisons of multiple quotes and purchase orders on a daily basis
- Collaborate with Product Specialists, Proposal Analysts, Inside Sales Representatives, Rep Agencies, and Sales technicians to resolve order discrepancies
- Collects and analyzes data for metrics and process tracking
- Knowledge of automotive or industrial parts a plus
