C&A Technologies is seeking 3 experienced MDU technicians for a large-scale coax construction project located in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Important Requirements:
- Team of 3 technicians required
- MDU experience is mandatory
- Must be able to pass a Comcast background check and drug screen for badging
- Must have experience with coax construction, underground drops, bores, outlet installations, and MDU rebuild projects
- Reliable transportation and tools required
Project Overview
This project consists of 15 buildings and 165 units.
Scope includes:
- Installing new coax home runs from pedestals to individual apartment units
- Burying new coax lines (6"–8" minimum depth)
- Sidewalk bores throughout the property (minimum 12" below concrete)
- Replacing 15 existing pedestals
- Installing new outlets and wall plates in all units
- Installing blank plates on inactive outlets
- Removing existing exterior bedroom outlets and rerouting lines
- Installing exterior molding where required
- Running new aerial home runs to connected buildings (pool area and office)
- Core drilling where required
- Drywall cutting, patching, and fishing lines to outlet locations
- Installing MOCA filters
- Terminating unused ports
- Wrecking out old coax and sealing all penetrations
- Proper labeling and bundling of all completed work
Photo Documentation Requirements (Mandatory)
This project is being funded through a housing authority and 100% photo compliance is required for payment.
Required photos include:
- Before and after photos for all work performed
- Open and closed pedestals
- Open and closed trenches showing proper depth
- House boxes open and closed
- Exterior molding installations
- Building-wide before and after photos
- Connected building installations
- Outlet installations and signal level verification
Photos must be clearly labeled and submitted daily using the required naming convention:
Failure to submit required photos may result in delayed or denied payment.
Additional Requirements
- Daily work tickets must be opened before work begins and closed at the end of each day.
- Daily quality control checks are required.
- Final QC walkout with the team on-site is required before project completion.
Compensation
- $22,000 Team Payout
- Net 14 Payment Terms
- Payment issued upon successful project completion, QC approval, and submission of all required documentation and photos.
Pay: $22,000.00 per month
