We’re adding a Retail Sales Associate to our Dayton team. Our store is customer-focused, fast-moving, and built around people who are happy to jump in and help rather than wait to be asked.
What your day looks like
- Help customers find the right products
- Answer questions and make useful recommendations
- Keep shelves and displays looking their best
- Process purchases at the register
- Help with returns and exchanges
- Keep the sales floor organised
- Pitch in with the team when things get busy
Who we're looking for
You’ll probably do well here if you’re friendly, dependable, and comfortable starting conversations with customers. You don’t need previous retail experience — we’ll train you on the products, register, and how we do things.
