Are you passionate about cannabis and enjoy connecting with people? We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and reliable Brand Ambassador / Marketing Associate to represent one of New Jersey's leading cannabis brands at dispensaries throughout the Valley.
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, hosting dispensary pop-up events, educating customers on our products, answering questions, and helping create an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do
- Represent our cannabis brand at dispensary pop-up events and promotional activations.
- Educate customers and dispensary staff on product offerings, benefits, and current promotions.
- Build positive relationships with dispensary employees and management.
- Engage customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
- Distribute promotional materials and merchandise while increasing brand awareness.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of pop-up displays and event materials.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve future marketing efforts.
- Track event activity and provide post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute successful promotional campaigns, and social media content creation.
What We're Looking For
- MUST live in New Jersey, seeking local candidates.
- Passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to educate consumers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with confidence speaking to groups and engaging with customers.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to dispensaries throughout the Jersey area.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional special events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in cannabis, retail, customer service, promotions, hospitality, or event marketing is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Budtender, or Cannabis Sales Representative.
- Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and industry regulations.
- Experience working promotional events or trade shows.
