RETISIO is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will enjoy a large territory where you will drive sales revenue by acquiring new clients in the SMB market.

Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition

Actively manage the sales process, from prospecting and outbound lead generation through cultivating leads, positioning solutions, and closing sales

Develop your subject matter expertise

Build and manage a book of business through outbound prospecting as well as inbound lead cultivation

Achieve your sales targets and performance metrics

Identify each client’s unique needs and develop effective sales strategies and proposals

Develop your eCommerce knowledge about industry best practices, latest trends, and forward-looking vision

Be organized – maintain a CRM with leads and effectively manage an account set, keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities

Engage closely with the RETISIO Partner Ecosystem and Sales Engineering team to design solutions and close sales

Be a leader – communicate with leadership and team members to increase lead generation, conversion, client satisfaction and overall sales improvements

This is a base salary + commission role reporting to the Chief Growth Officer

1 to 3 years software sales experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on consultative solutions selling for an eCommerce SaaS or software company.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred but credit given for practical experience

Hunter – You have a demonstrated ability to develop business through prospecting and outbound lead generation.

Influencer – Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relationship skills are a must

Tech Savvy – Working knowledge of Internet, email, and electronic document management skills are a must. A basic understanding of internet technologies (Reactive Microservices Architecture, Domain Driven Design and AI/ML concepts) a big plus

eCommerce geek – Technical literacy of software and the eCommerce space combined with strong business and sales acumen
