Mosaic Dermatology is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing dermatology practice in West Fargo. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a board-certified dermatologist in a modern private practice focused on high-quality medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care.

Responsibilities
- Perform patient triage and obtain medical histories
- Prepare patients for visits and procedures
- Assist with medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology procedures
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Medication prior authorizations and refill requests
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR
- Instrument cleaning and sterilization
- Ensure exam rooms are stocked, clean, and prepared
- Follow clinic safety standards and protocols
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Interest in dermatology and aesthetics preferred
- Prior dermatology experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Positive attitude and strong passion for patient care

Schedule
- Tuesday–Friday
- Day shifts only
- No nights or weekends
