This leading client in vacation rentals is seeking a highly autonomous, hands-on Senior Creative Producer / Videographer / Editor to lead video and multimedia projects from concept to final delivery. In this role, you will partner with internal teams to translate complex business objectives into compelling, digestible, and visually stunning narratives.
This position requires deep, cross-functional expertise in directing, cinematography, lighting, audio, and advanced post-production, alongside strong project management skills for both local and international shoots and live multi-camera events.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Execution: Own the full lifecycle of studio and field productions, blending technical expertise with creative vision across directing, scripting, lighting, camera operation, and sound.
- Narrative Development: Translate complex business data and research into engaging creative concepts, story outlines, and comprehensive creative briefs.
- Post-Production Mastery: Review raw footage, build shot decision lists, and assemble digital assets into cohesive, beautifully paced, and visually striking stories.
- Motion Graphics: Oversee and guide the creation of 2D animation, motion graphics, and compositing elements.
- Artistic Collaboration: Maintain a sharp eye for composition and detail, serving as a proactive creative partner while aligning with the vision of the OnAir Leadership and Creative teams.
Qualifications:
- Autonomous Execution: Work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging deep industry knowledge to make high-level decisions and maintain strict quality control.
- Scope & Budget Management: Spearhead project scoping and tracking; forecast team hours and monitor timelines to prevent scope creep, while diplomatically advocating for your creative vision.
- Event & Crew Leadership: Direct live and hybrid multi-camera events locally and globally. Source, hire, and lead large production crews, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on the fly.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and senior executives across the organization.
Technical Expertise & Gear Management
- Advanced Editing Suites: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (including advanced audio mixing and color correction).
- Camera & Production Gear: Maintain deep operational knowledge of professional lighting, audio gear, gimbals, and cinema/mirrorless cameras (e.g., Canon C200/C300, Sony Burano/a7S/a7C/a6500, Blackmagic URSA 4K).
- Equipment Oversight: Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously researching emerging production tech, while assisting with the inventory, repair, and procurement of department gear.
