We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage loading and unloading tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drive a box truck to deliver goods to various locations in a timely manner.
- Load and unload product, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport.
- Follow designated routes for delivery while maintaining accurate logs of mileage and delivery times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding any delays or issues encountered during deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and any assigned warehouse areas.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred, with a clean driving record.
- (Medical Card Preffered)
- Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles is required.
- Familiarity with route driving and local delivery practices.
- Experience in moving, warehouse operations, or as a delivery driver is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
