Position Summary:

Your responsibilities are maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our food service, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitization of dishes, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
- Hand-wash pots, pans, and other large cooking equipment that cannot be processed through the dishwashing machine.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including emptying trash and recycling, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning work surfaces.
- Ensure adequate supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils for service.
- Properly store cleaned items in designated areas.
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks, such as prepping vegetables, as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Any other duties, as assigned.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- May be required to work variable shifts, weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions:
- You will be working in a hot and humid environment.
- You may experience variable noise levels.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday.
- Remain in stationary positions for extended periods of time throughout the work shift.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
