About the RoleWe’re looking for a full-time Admissions Representative to join our Studio City campus. This role is ideal for someone who takes a consultative, student-first approach focused on understanding each individual’s goals and guiding them through meaningful career decisions.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor: understanding each individual’s goals, helping them determine if our programs are the right fit, and supporting them through the enrollment process.
While this is not a commission-based role, we are a performance-driven team that tracks conversion outcomes and values individuals who are both empathetic and results-oriented.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective students via phone, email, and in person
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand career goals and motivations
- Provide honest, student-centered guidance on program fit
- Support applicants through the enrollment and onboarding process
- Lead campus tours and create a welcoming, informative experience
- Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate records
- Contribute to a team environment focused on continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A consultative or advising mindset (counseling, coaching, customer success, etc.)
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Comfortable working toward conversion and enrollment goals
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong personal drive
No admissions experience required — we provide training
Ideal backgrounds: student services, counseling, customer success, retail, hospitality, or call center environments
