We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused driver to join our team. This position involves operating a pickup truck and flatbed trailer to complete daily local and regional deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and commitment to customer service. We would love to help a driver through their CDL process and assist the right candidate into the Commercial Trucking Industry!
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a pickup truck and flatbed trailer for daily deliveries.
- Secure and inspect loads to ensure safe transportation.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery and transportation records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while following all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of equipment.
Qualifications
- Clean driving record and strong safety history.
- Ability to safely load, secure, and transport flatbed freight.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to lift, move, and secure freight as needed.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
