We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated full-time mobile maintenance technician to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of multiple apartment communities throughout Middle Tennessee.
This is a mobile position and is not assigned to one apartment community. The employee will travel between company properties in areas including Clarksville, Nashville, Hendersonville, Pulaski, and surrounding areas based on maintenance needs. A company vehicle and fuel will be provided for required work-related travel.

Duties:
- Maintenance of buildings exteriors & units at multiple apartment communities/rentals
- Painting, light landscaping, turnover of vacant units
- Plumbing & electrical repairs
- Preventative maintenenance
- Light landscaping
- Weather preparation and clearing (salting driveway, clearing snow, etc.)
- Pick up authorized maintenance materials and supplies as needed
- Document completed work and communicate outstanding maintenance needs to management
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in a clean and responsible manner
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet company automobile insurance requirements
- Ability to safely operate a company-provided vehicle
- Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screening
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable with strong time-management and communication skills
- Ability to safely use common maintenance tools and equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA Certification
- Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, painting, and make-ready work
- CAMT, OSHA 10, CPO, or other relevant maintenance/safety certifications
- General residential, apartment, facility, construction, or building maintenance experience
Travel Requirements
- Regular regional travel is an essential function of this position.
- Assigned work locations may include properties in Clarksville, Nashville, Hendersonville, Pulaski, and other Middle Tennessee locations. The employee may work at multiple properties during the same workday.
- A company vehicle and fuel are provided for authorized work-related travel.
Compensation
- Starting at $25/hour
- Minimum 40 hours/week
Pay: $25.00 per hour
