Consistent schedule required within one of the following shifts:

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest

Proactively engage with guests — offering refills, assistance, and genuine conversation

Anticipate needs and ensure guests feel cared for throughout their visit

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining room at all times

Quickly clear, sanitize, and reset tables with attention to detail

Monitor and maintain restrooms to the highest standard
-
Keep floors, trash areas, and high-touch surfaces clean and presentable

Take full ownership of the dining room during your shift

Stay aware of guest flow and adjust priorities in real time

Step in wherever needed to support the team and guest experience

Maintain high standards without needing constant direction
