Position Summary
V&J Foods is seeking an energetic, results-driven Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Riverpoint Nino’s location in FoxPointe, WI. The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, developing team members, maintaining brand standards, ensuring exceptional guest experience, and achieving operational excellence. This leader will oversee all aspects of store performance, including staffing, training, food safety, inventory management, financial accountability, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate is passionate about leadership, customer service, team development, and delivering a world-class guest experience while maintaining the high standards of operations.
Essential Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members.

Develop a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Coach employees through regular feedback, performance evaluations, and development plans.

Create weekly schedules that align labor costs with business needs.

Lead by example in professionalism, customer service, and operational execution.

Ensure all team members comply with company policies and procedures.
Operations Management

Oversee daily store operations, including opening, shift management, and closing procedures.

Ensure consistent execution of Nino’s recipes, product quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.

Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Guest Experience

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Build strong relationships with mall management, neighboring tenants, and community stakeholders.
Financial Performance

Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives and community engagement.

Manage labor, food, and operating costs to meet profitability targets.

Analyze sales reports, labor metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Prepare deposits and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure product availability while minimizing waste.
Inventory & Food Safety

Conduct weekly inventory counts and reconcile variances.

Manage product ordering and vendor relationships.

Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of all products.

Maintain food safety certifications and compliance standards.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.

Minimum 2 years of restaurant, retail, or food service management experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience managing schedules, labor costs, and inventory.

Ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
Physical Requirements

Work Schedule

Flexible availability includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to work a minimum of 45–50 hours per week as business needs require.
