Alpha Millennial Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Trainer to support the development of our retail sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating training, coaching employees, and reinforcing best practices that help team members provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example, and helping employees build confidence and professional skills in a sales environment.
Position Overview
The Sales Trainer works closely with leadership to onboard new team members, conduct training sessions, provide ongoing coaching, and support employee development. This position focuses on improving individual performance, maintaining training standards, and promoting a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and orientation sessions for newly hired team members.
- Facilitate classroom-style and hands-on training focused on customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Observe employee interactions and provide constructive coaching and performance feedback.
- Assist managers in identifying skill development opportunities and creating individualized coaching plans.
- Conduct refresher training sessions on new products, services, promotions, and company initiatives.
- Maintain training materials, learning resources, and employee training records.
- Partner with leadership to monitor training progress and measure employee readiness.
- Answer questions and serve as a resource for employees during their training and development.
- Encourage a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture.
- Support operational and administrative projects related to employee development.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, team leadership, training, or coaching is preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
- Organized with excellent time-management skills.
- Comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule

- Monday through Friday
- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on training schedules and business needs.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Sales Trainer works closely with management and team members to support employee onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development in a retail sales environment.
