Responsible for the program strategy creation, management, and implementation of the national assigned program area. Proactively monitors, manages, and mitigates risk associated to brand, legal and financial risk to the organization. Responsible for research, recruitment, reputation management, training, and sustained cultivation of key external and internal relationships. Focus on continuous improvement through performance metrics analysis, test and learn opportunities, speed to market strategies and post-delivery evaluation.
Knowledge
- Experience with internal communication, budgeting, and special events fundraising
- Knowledge of active lifestyle industry related business a plus
- Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations
- Understand data processing applications
- Understand complex verbal or written instructions
- Demonstrates clear communication and the ability to influence others
- A bachelor’s degree or more than 5 years of experience.
- Requires Travel at least 50% of the time including nights and weekends (applies to Music & Audio roles)
