Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide information or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform night audit duties as required, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong guest service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality experiences
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
