Overview
Build unique and luxurious outdoor living environments across North Idaho. Working under the site manager, you'll learn to craft incredible spaces using a variety of landscaping disciplines. Some experience required, but not a long career. We will train and lead for the right candidate. Experience with sprinkler systems, lawns and plants, operating machinery, and installing stone hardscaping a plus.
Pay scale provides opportunities for profit-sharing and commission payouts, along with cash bonuses for performance.
Duties
- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
- Operation of equipment
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and team members to interpret project plans and specifications accurately.
Requirements
- Some experience in landscape construction, landscaping, or related outdoor projects.
- Familiarity with construction processes including site preparation, hardscaping, planting techniques, and equipment operation.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
