Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers by assisting them in their vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Develop expert product knowledge of the Honda line up
- Master the presentation of the many available technologies in todays automobiles
- Perform accurate and professional presentations and demonstrations of all New and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow-up with sold and unsold customers for continued sales and service business.
- Learn to overcome customer objectives in a positive, customer focused manner.
- Directly report to multiple Sales Managers daily regarding sales objectives and all daily sales activities.
Qualifications
- Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record. All applicants must provide a DMV issued driving record prior to position being offered.
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Must be self-motivated; ready to hit the ground running daily.
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
